How to request a return due to dissatisfaction with the product:

If you are not satisfied with the product or regretted your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of the date of receipt of the order.

To make the return valid due to dissatisfaction:

The product must be in good working condition and without obvious damage from misuse. The product must retain the original packaging without signs of abuse.  

To start the process it is necessary to send an email to the [email protected] indicating your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days of the date on which the returned products are received.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store, without emba online, however, the costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.

How to request a return for defective or damaged products: Based on the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, malfunctions, damaged or missing products, you have the right to request a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order at your home. To do so, you will need to send an email to [email protected] stating your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect of your product (description with photos or videos).

We will review your case and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store.

There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund. How to return products:  

Following the provisions of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the Shipping costs for returning products due to dissatisfaction or regret The cost of return will be borne by the customer, however in case of return due to defective products or with damage caused during shipping, the cost of return is at our expense.

After sending us the email, you will receive an authorization code to your email as well as a guide to send the goods through our logistics operator. The product must be shipped in its original packaging with labels, accessories and any additional items that have been shipped in the package and are part of the item to be returned. The packaging costs are borne by the customer, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase in case it is not damaged or in a suitable box that preserves the integrity of the product during transport.  

Satisfaction guarantee: On most of our products, we offer a guarantee of Return at no additional cost and without the need to return the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (you don't like it, it didn't arrive on time, you don't need it, or it's damaged), you can contact us via email to resolve the issue and offer you a money-back guarantee without returning the product.

Important note: By policy, each customer has the right to return up to 3 products each month.
